Kelvin Energy, Inc. is a U.S. based company with primary interests in solar thermal energy production and storage. In 2022, BrightSource Energy, Inc., the pioneering developer/constructor/operator of multiple major utility scale solar thermal power plants in the U.S. and internationally, elected to spin off its international subsidiaries to its Israel based leadership team. The spin off operates as New BrightSource, Ltd., an Israeli company, and the U.S. entity BrightSource Energy, Inc. was renamed as Kelvin Energy, Inc.
